Public Comment Process for GAR Guidebook

DOEE will hold two Green Area Ratio (GAR) stakeholder meetings intended to solicit feedback on proposed changes to the GAR Guidebook.  The previously published version is available for review.  The revised GAR Guidebook will incorporate changes from the final rulemaking for the Zoning Regulation Review, which was posted in the D.C. Register on March 4, 2016. The proposed revision will also clarify issues that stakeholders or DOEE noted in the previous version of the Guidebook.  Feedback from stakeholder meetings will inform the final guidance document to be posted for public comment on the DOEE website at a later date.
