Before we discuss tomorrow’s snow event, I want to talk about last night’s snow. Our city has a responsibility to residents and visitors to deliver essential services every day. Last night, we failed to meet that goal – and for that, I am sorry. And now, we are focused on preparing for Friday’s blizzard. We were just briefed by the National Weather Service.
