DOEE Announces Request for Proposals for Multiyear DC Sustainable Energy Utility Contractor

(WASHINGTON, DC) February 22, 2016 — On Friday February 19, 2016, the Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a private company to be the contractor for the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) and to administer sustainable energy programs in the District. The RFP is open to all qualified bidders.
