This is the list of buildings, listed as over 50,000 gross square feet in the DC property tax records, that have to report benchmarking data for calendar year 2016, by April 3, 2017 (the deadline is April 1 but moves to the following Monday when April 1 falls on a weekend). Note that exemptions processed since the publication of this list have not been removed. The DC Real Property ID, square footage, premise address, owner of record, and ward are provided.
