DOEE Announces $200,000 Funding Available

Grant Available for Wildlife Rehabilitation Services for the District of Columbia

WASHINGTON, DC – September 8, 2015 — The Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) seeks eligible entities to provide wildlife rehabilitation services in the District of Columbia for sick, injured, and orphaned native and naturalized wild animals. The amount available for the project in this RFA is approximately $200,000.00. This amount is subject to availability of funding and approval by the appropriate agencies.    

Eligible entities include:

  • Nonprofit organizations, including those with IRS 501(c)(3) determinations;
