NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
FY 2017 Clean Water Construction Project Priority List
The Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) invites the public to present its comments at a public hearing on the fiscal year (FY) 2017 Project Priority List (PPL) for the District of Columbia’s Clean Water Construction Grants Program. The PPL identifies and ranks projects eligible to receive Federal and District funds to construct or improve green infrastructure, wastewater treatment facilities, and other related infrastructure for FY 2017 and in future years.
The draft PPL document can be downloaded in the document attached below. A hard copy may also be obtained from the DOEE offices at 1200 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002, 5th floor. Please email [email protected] to arrange for pick-up.

Comments clearly marked “PPL Public Hearing 2017” may also be hand delivered or mailed to the DOEE offices at the address listed above. Persons may also submit written testimony by email, with a subject line of “PPL Public Hearing 2017”, to the attention of Suzy Wald at [email protected]. All comments should be received no later than the conclusion of the public hearing on Monday, July 18, 2016.
Persons present at the hearing who wish to be heard may testify. All presentations shall be limited to five minutes. Presenters are urged to submit written statements. DOEE will consider all comments received in its final PPL.
