The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is authorizing discharges of treated ground water to the waters of the District of Columbia under application made to the Director of EPA Region III for coverage under the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater. Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP), Part 8- Subpart AD – Sector AD.
