This Act establishes stormwater management programs to reduce the amount of stormwater pollutants that are discharged into District rivers and streams. Pursuant to this Act, it is illegal to sell, use, or permit the use of coal tar pavement products in the District of Columbia. Violators of this ban may be subject to a daily fine of up to $2,500.
