On July 31, DDOE held a public meeting for comment on the second proposed rulemaking and associated guidance documents on energy benchmarking of privately owned buildings. This presentation reviews the regulation and discusses each of the substantive changes that have been made since the last proposed rulemaking on October 31, 2012.
