This report, prepared for the Department of Energy & Environment by a team of experts led by Cadmus Group and Two Degrees Adapt, identifies the likely impacts of climate change on the District of Columbia. The 2024 update to the District’s climate change projections provided here supersede those developed in 2015 and will inform the strategies included in Climate Ready DC 2.0, the District’s forthcoming plan to adapt to a changing climate.
This 2015 report identified the likely impacts of climate change on the District of Columbia and supported the District to assess its vulnerabilities and risks in the face of a changing climate.
