DDOE is soliciting comments on a Draft Consolidated TMDL Implementation Plan. The Permit for the District’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) requires DDOE to develop a Consolidated TMDL Implementation Plan, and to make this plan available for public review and comment. In accordance with this requirement, DDOE has developed a Draft Consolidated TMDL Implementation Plan (available electronically at http://dcstormwaterplan.org/documents-and-deliverables/ or by contacting (202) 741-2136).
