DCSEU Evaluation, Measurement, & Verification Reports

Pursuant to Section 205 of the Clean and Affordable Energy Act of 2008, D.C. Law 17-250, DOEE commissions annual independent reviews of the performance of the DCSEU. These Evaluation, Measurement, & Verification (EM&V) reports discuss the attainment or non-attainment of the DCSEU’s performance benchmarks, and also evaluate the success and cost-effectiveness of the various programs offered by the DCSEU. These reports are prepared by an independent third party. DOEE has fully reviewed and approved these evaluation reports.
