These revisions to the 2011 proposed lead regulations are now available for informal public review. Due to the considerable interest in these regulations and the number of comments DDOE received on its 2011 proposed lead regulations, DDOE has decided to hold a stakeholder meeting on April 18, 2012, at 441 4th St. NW, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, on the 11th floor, in room 1107. All interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend and provide input. After the April 18 stakeholder meeting, DDOE will consider making changes to the 2012 revised version that is now available for informal review. DDOE will then formally issue the post-April 18 version as a set of newly proposed lead regulations for public review and comment.
