How to Apply
- Read the full Application Instructions document
- Download and complete the cover sheet
- Submit the completed cover sheet with the award application. The award application should be no more than three (3) typed pages describing how the nominee strives for environmental excellence and demonstrates environmental leadership in the community.
- You may include photos within your 3-page application.
- Entries will be scored on the following criteria: environmental impact and benefits (50 points), social and community impact (30 points), level of commitment by senior management, employees, or an individual (20 points).
- There is no charge to apply
