The District Department of the Environment (DDOE) cordially invites you to a public meeting on September 10, 2014 to discuss issues related to the use of the Alternative Compliance Payments (ACP) collected for solar initiatives in the District of Columbia. A working group comprised of District residents, solar installers and community stakeholders will lead the meeting and will develop recommended options to allocate the ACP funds in a method that will best encourage the development of new solar installations.
 
This will be a public engagement process and your input is requested to help the working group formulate recommendations. While your input is critical and highly valued, the conclusion of the group will result in a set of non-binding recommendations that will be given very serious consideration.
