DOEE seeks eligible entities to promote improved water quality and increased compliance with the District of Columbia’s statute prohibiting discharge of sanitary sewage from vessels. DOEE expects to apply for funding for one or more projects. Total available funding will not exceed $1,500,000. The deadline for application submissions is November 20, 2017 at 4:30pm.
