DOEE seeks an eligible entity to develop and execute an educational expansion of DOEE’s existing GreenWrench Technical Assistance Program to educate students enrolled in automotive technical programs, about pollution prevention and the District's environmental regulations. DOEE seeks applications for early design assistance from eligible entities committed to pursuing net-zero energy building projects. Applicants may apply for up to $20,000 each. DOEE seeks eligible entities to characterize the need for assistance paying electric, gas, and water bills among low- and moderate-income residents in the District of Columbia and to determine how various assistance programs offered by DOEE interact to meet that need so that low- and moderate-income residents can be better served.
