DOEE seeks eligible entities to advise on how best to receive informed community input on the draft Sustainable DC 2.0 plan and better understand community priorities related to sustainability. DOEE seeks eligible entities to encourage innovative approaches to stormwater control and treatment in the District's watersheds using low impact development, green infrastructure, or other such ecologically-focused methods to improve water quality.
