Due to the stay-at-home order issued for the District of Columbia, DOEE will conduct a public hearing via teleconference regarding the submittal of the Fiscal Year 2021 Draft State Plan for the U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The public hearing will be held using teleconferencing, which allows for both a video and voice over internet protocol (VOIP) connection.

Persons may also submit written testimony by email, with a subject line of “FY21 WAP Draft State Plan”, to [email protected]. All comments should be received no later than the conclusion of the public hearing on Friday, April 24, 2020. The Department will consider all comments received in its final decision.
The deadline for comments is April 24, 2020 at the conclusion of the public hearing. All persons attending the teleconference hearing who wish to be heard may testify. Persons may submit written testimony by email, with a subject line of “FY21 WAP Draft State Plan,” to [email protected]. All comments should be received no later than the conclusion of the public hearing on Friday, April 24, 2020. DOEE will consider all comments received in its final decision.
