Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to 20 DCMR 200.1, the Air Quality Division (AQD) of the District Department of the Environment (DDOE) issued a permit to construct (#6616-C) to Challenger Cab LLC, located at 2626 Evarts Street NE on February 21, 2013. This permit authorizes the facility to make modifications to the existing auto body spray painting equipment at the site, and also sets forth all applicable air quality requirements for the facility.
On July 20, 2012, DDOE published a draft version of this permit for public comment. AQD received several comments from the public. Also on February 21, 2013, DDOE finalized a document (“Comment Reconciliation Table”) listing the public comments and responding to them.
