The document below contains a template contract for trades between sellers and buyers of Stormwater Retention Credits (SRCs). Sellers and buyers negotiate their trades without the involvement of DOEE. However, DOEE and a legal working group developed this template contract for optional use by market participants. The template contract is provided in an editable format so sellers and buyers may edit it to accommodate the specific terms and conditions of their trade.
