Notice of Funding Availability - Low Income Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program

Friday, April 5, 2019

DOEE seeks eligible entities to provide high quality, cost-effective weatherization services to income-qualified households. Weatherization services improve the overall comfort, energy efficiency, and safety of homes. These services are provided free of charge to all qualifying households. To deliver services, DOEE provides grants to grantees, who are responsible for performing weatherization improvements and upgrades. A successful applicant will assist DOEE in achieving this objective by installing approved energy efficiency measures in low-income households and providing energy-related information to occupants. The amount available for the project is up to $2,500,000 for one year with possibility of two-year extension for a total $7,500,000. DOEE anticipates awarding multiple grants.
