DOEE seeks eligible entities to help implement the 2013 Stormwater Rule; improve stakeholders’ understanding of compliance with the 2013 Stormwater Rule; expand and deepen the Department’s stormwater management technical guidance; and evaluate the Department’s internal plan review process. The amount available for the project is approximately $870,000.00 for two years, with the Department’s option to extend for two additional years.
