DOEE's Natural Resources Administration (NRA) is in search of environmental consulting support to assist in administering its water quality programs. DOEE’s Water Quality Division (WQD) is responsible for setting the District’s water quality standards, monitoring the condition of District water bodies to determine if those standards are being attained (as well as for other purposes), and for developing TMDLs for water bodies that fail to meet standards. WQD is also responsible for administering DOEE’s stormwater management program to comply with the District’s MS4 Permit, including TMDL implementation planning requirements. WQD is in need of a consultant that is experienced with all aspects of the Clean Water Act for support in addressing these responsibilities.
