DOEE seeks eligible entities to: (1) increase the number of children screened for lead who are at high risk of lead exposure and live within targeted census tracts located in wards 3, 5 and 8; (2) improve residents’ knowledge of lead poisoning prevention; and (3) assist residents living in at-risk housing to obtain assistance in securing lead-safe homes. The amount available for the project is approximately $40,000.00.
