Notice of Funding Availability - Boating Access Request for Partners

Friday, February 9, 2018

DOEE solicits grant applications from eligible entities (called “Applicants”) to restore and increase recreational public boating access to Fletcher’s Cove, an area that has experienced a tremendous decrease in use as a result of severe, long-term sedimentation. This sedimentation completely prevents navigation of any kind during low tide, effectively eliminating recreational public boating access to the area for more than four hours of every day. The amount available for the project is approximately $400,000.
