DOEE seeks eligible entities to submit applications for design and installation of one or more facilities that will increase or improve public, recreational boating access for person-powered watercraft to the Anacostia River and Kingman Lake, in the District of Columbia. These include canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. The amount available for the project is approximately $387,000 for a period ending September 30, 2021.
