DOEE seeks eligible entities to develop a map and geodatabase of District springs and streams that still produce or carry water and are/were covered or piped underground. The data is intended to assist DOEE in developing a strategic plan for future stream restoration and daylighting projects. The amount available for the project is approximately $300,000 for one (1) year. DOEE intends to make one (1) award.
