DOEE seeks an eligible entity to propose a way to create a Transportation Electrification Roadmap as required by Title V of the Clean Energy DC Omnibus Amendment Act of 2018 (CEDC Act). The District plans to shift the transportation sector from traditional fossil fuels, to highly efficient and zero-emission electric vehicles. In order to achieve this goal, a transportation electrification roadmap is needed to bring private, public, and transit vehicles into compliance with the law.
