Recently, the District concluded its review of data gathered by its contractor in 2008, and determined that additional relief is indeed required. The District's May, 2010 final remedy selection, February, 2009 proposed decision document, and index to the supporting administrative record are available below. Files and links to other Riggs Park reports, orders and letters can be found below as well.
