District of Columbia Pesticide Operation Regulations
On May 30, 2014, DDOE published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the District of Columbia Pesticide Operation Regulations in the D.C. Register. The rulemaking implements the provisions of the Pesticide Education and Control Amendment Act of 2012 and amends and reorganizes the District's existing pesticide regulations.

Public Comments
Any person desiring to comment on the proposed rulemaking must file written comments within thirty days after the date of publication in the D.C. Register. To submit comments on the proposed rules, please ensure that the comments identify the commenter and that they are clearly marked “Pesticide Regulations Proposed Rulemaking.” Comments may be:
- Mailed or hand-delivered to DDOE’s Hazardous Materials Branch, 1200 First Street, NE, 5th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20002, Attention: Pesticide Regulations; or
