This document describes the protocol for conducting and submitting a Comprehensive Site Assessment to ensure that CSAs fully characterize the soil and groundwater conditions, collect site-specific information suitable and necessary to fully delineate the extent of the contamination, and evaluate and determine the appropriate remedial technology.
