The Amidon Park project area is located along G Street, SW between 4th Street SW and 6th Street SW. Through this project DOEE will add stormwater management to the site with the intent maximize the amount of stormwater that can be treated for the funding available. Care shall be taken to avoid impact to the existing heritage trees located on the site. This project entails the use of subsoiling application to reduce soil compaction and increase infiltration of stormwater on approximately 1.2 acres of athletic field.
