Join us celebrating the beauty of the District's local fish species with Wildlife Forever's Fish Art Contest.
The Fish Art Contest is the BEST way to introduce youth to conservation and the joys of fishing. The Fish Art Contest uses art, science, and creative writing to foster connections to the outdoors and inspire the next generation of stewards.
All artwork for the 2024 DC Fish Art Contest must be submitted digitally via the Fish Art Contest Entry Form - mail-in submissions will not be accepted.
Only submissions featuring local District fish species will be accepted. Students are encouraged to do their own research or look on our DC Fish Field Guide and the Fish Art Contest DC Species List for inspiration.

The contest deadline is February 28, 2025 and is open to all District residents between the age of 5-18.
