DOEE is giving away free pollinator plant seeds just in time for spring planting. Native flowering plants are beautiful and create valuable habitat for butterflies, bees, and other pollinators that support healthy and diverse plant and animal life in our city. Plant and share pollinator seeds to help raise awareness and build the District’s pollinator pathways.
Free while supplies last.
Locations: Metro stations in all 8 wards: Anacostia, Brookland, Cleveland Park, Columbia Heights, Congress Heights, Deanwood, Eastern Market, Foggy Bottom, Fort Totten, Minnesota Avenue, Potomac Avenue, and Takoma Park.
