DDOE approved the Final Work Plan and Final Sampling and Analytical Plan (SAP) on December 28, 2012. The plan was open for comment from August 9, 2012 until September 28, 2012. The Work Plan details the specific work to be performed as part of the Scope of Work, including the landside and waterside investigations at the Benning Road Facility. Pepco finalized the Health and Safety Plan (HASP) on December 28, 2012.
