Welcome to the Lead Abatement & Renovation ePermitting System
This application is to gain access to the DOEE Lead Abatement & Renovation Permit Database. Please fill out the application to its entirety. Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging your submission.
To use this system, you must be an existing user approved by DOEE’s Lead Compliance and Enforcement Branch. A username and password to another DOEE online application or database does not automatically approve you for the Lead Abatement & Renovation ePermitting System.
- If you are a DOEE Lead Compliance and Enforcement Branch approved user, click "Existing User", enter your user name (email address) and password.
- If you do not have a user name and are a DC-certified abatement and/or renovation company, please select the “New User” button and follow the provided instructions.
