DDOE certifies Utility Discount Programs (UDP), eligibility based on family size and income.
The first energy and water benchmarking deadline was April 1, 2013. All buildings over 100,000 gross square feet that have not yet reported are out of compliance. Failure to comply by August 30, 2013 will result in DDOE issuing a Notice of Violation.
