The Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) is excited to release an initial version of the comprehensive energy plan called Clean Energy DC for consideration of the public.
The District is promoting the use of several techniques that collect water runoff that directly flow into our streets and storm sewers. These runoffs carry pollutants that it collects along the way, and deposits them directly to the local waterways.
Recently, the District concluded its review of data gathered by its contractor in 2008, and determined that additional relief is indeed required.
