This is the list of buildings, listed as over 50,000 gross square feet in the DC property tax records, that have to report benchmarking data for calendar year 2018, by April 1, 2019. Note that exemptions processed since the publication of this list have not been removed.

Pepco Benning Road Draft Final Remedial Investigation (RI) Report was shared with public on October 4, 2019 for review and comments. The public comment period is extended to December 6, 2019.

DDOE approved the Final Work Plan and Final Sampling and Analytical Plan (SAP) on December 28, 2012. The plan was open for comment from August 9, 2012 until September 28, 2012.
The Scope of Work (“SOW”) provides a general overview of the activities to be undertaken by Pepco as part of the Remedial Investigation / Feasibility Study. The public comment period was open from January 5, 2012 until February 13, 2012.
