Non-point Source Pollution Grant (319 Grant) Annual Report

The DOEE Watershed Protection Division oversees the District’s Non-point Source Management Program. The purpose of the program is to address the control and prevention of nonpoint source pollution to the District’s surface and ground waters.  Support for the Program comes from Federal Clean Water Act (CWA) §319(h) funds through the Environmental Protection Agency.   A part of receiving CWA funds is reporting on the District’s progress toward meeting its annual grant goals and its long-term goals to restore local waterways currently polluted by nutrients, sediment, toxicants, pathogens, oil, and grease.  This obligation is met through publishing a Non-point Source Pollution Grant (319 Grant) Annual Report (attached below).
