Watch as more than 20 high school students in the Washington, DC area compete in a race in battery-powered electric cars that they constructed! Participation in the DC Electric Vehicle Grand Prix serves as an excellent venue for young men and women in high schools to better prepare them for their college careers in science and engineering. Visit with the students and observe their preparations and then watch the start of the race at 12:30pm!
