DOEE invites the public to comment on the Draft Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Project Priority Lists (PPLs) for the District of Columbia’s Clean Water Construction Grants Program. The PPLs identify and rank projects eligible to receive Federal and District funds to construct or improve green infrastructure, wastewater treatment facilities, and other related infrastructure in FY 2019 and in future years.

Stormwater Training: Stormwater Retention Credit (SRC) Financial Return Calculator

This training focuses on using the SRC Financial Return Calculator to help SRC Aggregators and property owners estimate potential SRC eligibility and return on investment for runoff-reducing green infrastructure projects. The tool can calculate potential SRC eligibility whether a user has high-level or granular project details. Stormwater Training: Using the Stormwater Database

This training focuses on using the Stormwater Database in the submission process for DDOE review of Stormwater Management Plans (SWMPs), Soil Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plans, and Green Area Ratio (GAR) Plans, and for participation in the SRC and RiverSmart Rewards programs. The training includes an overview of database functions and exercises to enter mock plans and applications.
