DDOE approved the Final Work Plan and Final Sampling and Analytical Plan (SAP) on December 28, 2012. The plan was open for comment from August 9, 2012 until September 28, 2012.
The Scope of Work (“SOW”) provides a general overview of the activities to be undertaken by Pepco as part of the Remedial Investigation / Feasibility Study. The public comment period was open from January 5, 2012 until February 13, 2012.
The Community Involvement Plan (“CIP”) is a living document that describes Pepco’s and DDOE’s plans for involving the community in the RI/FS project. On February 1, 2012, DOEE shared the draft CIP with public for review and comments.
