Proposed Lead Regulations - Stakeholder Meeting
These revisions to the 2011 proposed lead regulations continue to be available for informal public review. Due to the considerable interest in these regulations and the number of comments DDOE received on its officially proposed 2011 lead regulations, DDOE held a stakeholder meeting on April 18, 2012, to discuss the draft revisions. Some 30 interested parties attended and provided helpful input.
