Sustainable DC Implementation Kickoff

How’s this weather?! Finally, it is sunny and spring is in full swing, which means It is time dig in and get to work in the garden, around the house and...on the Sustainable DC Plan! With the plan finally in place, we are excited to put (bike) wheels in motion on the road to becoming the healthiest, greenest, most livable city in the nation! In the next few weeks, we are hosting a public meeting to start implementation and kick-off the next round of public engagement, participating in volunteer events and expanding our outreach to connect with more of the city.

Public Briefing on DDOEs Fiscal Year 2014 Proposed Budget

The public briefing is an opportunity for interested residents to learn about Mayor Gray’s Fiscal Year 2014 proposed budget for the District Department of the Environment. Meeting is to be held at DDOE Headquarters, 1200 First Street NE. Please come to the 5th floor reception area and you will be escorted to the meeting room.
